It has its own tennis court and a movie theatre. It also features a cellar, two libraries, and a catering kitchen. Outside, there's a swimming pool and a rooftop terrace for catching some rays.

That $45 million price tag has also secured Jay-Z and Beyonce seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. So, there should be enough room when the rest of Destiny's Child visits.
