The Ancient Egypt theme is quite common, but the graphics they chose for it are modern, and the slot looks great. The symbols are fairly basic, as the card suits are accompanied by images of three types of Sevens, along with the adventurer.
The background depicts ancient ruins in a desert, with dunes and an oasis on the horizon. To the left of the grid lie the Feature Barrel and the Treasure Barrel. These are triggered by the pyramid symbol and scarab scatters, which we’ll discuss later.
The symbols are not particularly innovative. Classic playing card icons are joined by Lucky 7s, for instance. The only really unique symbol is the explorer, who seems to be inspired by Rich Wilde. Fortunately, the soundtrack brings everything together, eliciting a sense of adventure during gameplay.
Legendary Treasures is a walk through familiar territory. Those who have played Western Gold 2 will immediately recognize that this is virtually the same game, implementing the same main bonus round.
