It is played on a 4x4 grid, holding 16 symbols on each spin, and offering 256 ways to win. And while the entire gameplay revolves around the Bonus and Super Bonus Game, you'll see that these two are packed with their own modifiers, including some awesome Multipliers.

The lower paying symbols are 10, J, Q, K and A. Landing 4 of the same symbol type pays between 0.5X to 1X the bet. The medium paying symbols consist of a hat, a lantern, a pickaxe and a pan for gold panning. Landing 4 of the same symbol type pays between 2.5X to 5X the bet. 

The highest paying symbol is the gold bar and landing 4 of it pays 15X the bet. The Wild Miner Symbols are the three Swedes wearing green, orange and yellow. The golden nugget is the game scatter symbol and the Smeltdown symbol is made up of multipliers that are scorching hot, while the golden nugget with a multiplier on it is the Collector symbol.

Whenever players land three or four Bonus (Golden Nugget) icons anywhere on the grid, they will activate the Bonus or Super Bonus Game, respectively. The main difference between these unique features is that the first one provides 3 lives while the Super version features 4 lives.

Every time the reels spin, players use one life. The features end when you run out of lives. On the other hand, spinning in Smeltdown or Collector icons (the only symbols that appear during these modes) will reset the lives.

The Collector symbols carry random values of x2 at the beginning of the Bonus/Super Bonus Game. At the final round, each Collector icon provides the displayed value multiplied by your total bet.
