Similar to the game without a jackpot, the symbols are identical and pay the same. For a winline of three, J, Q, K, and A pay 0.5X, and for a winline of five, 10X. 

These are the lesser paying symbols: A lifebuoy, a fishing rod, a box of fishing equipment, and a white bird make up the higher-paying symbols. They pay between 2X and 5X for a winline of 3 and between 50X and 200X for a full winline of 5. Seven distinct sizes of blue fish are available, and they can be mixed in any way to produce consistent wins.

Three fish on a winline pays you at one times the stake, while five fish on a winline gets you twenty times the bet. Additionally, each fish has a cash value that ranges from 2X to 50X and is only relevant during the bonus spins. 

The fisherman with a green vest and cap is the Wild Symbol. He becomes especially valued in the Big Catch Fish Upgrade during the free spins and can replace all other symbols. Three landings of the ship-shaped scatter symbol are required to start the bonus spins. There are seven sizes available for the Fish Symbol, with currency values of 2X, 5X, 10X, 15X, 20X, 25X, and 50X. When a fish and a fisherman land on the same spin during the free spins, the cash value is applied.

On a board to the left, wild fisherman landings during the free spins are gathered. The first big fish upgrade occurs after four fishermen have been collected. For the remainder of the feature, all of the fish with the lowest value (2X) are being removed and replaced with fish with higher value.
