The Blades & Fangs slot machine features a gothic-themed design with a house full of flickering candles, skulls, and jagged objects. These candles light up a dimly lit area behind the reels, which feature two guillotine-shaped reel configurations. 

There are 243 chances to win on the five reels of the Blade & Fangs slot machine. Starting with the leftmost reel, wins are given for left-to-right adjacent symbol combos. There are two separate 243 ways to win displays in the base game. On each screen, winning combinations can arise independently.

Lower paying symbols on the reels are the A–10 Royals. Higher-paying bats, snakes, zombies, werewolves, and demons join these. The most lucrative symbol is the demon, which pays out 2, 4, or 10 times the wager for combinations of 3, 4, or 5. The multiplier symbols cover for the lack of a wild sign in the game.

In this game, a knife-pierced pink rose represents a +1x Multiplier symbol. It can show up on the leftmost reel of the upper grid. Conversely, the red rose with a knife slashed through it functions as an x2 Multiplier icon and can appear on the bottom grid on the reel to the right of it.

The two reel sets will combine and a free respin will occur when these two appear at the same time. In this mode, every win is increased by two. During this respin, landing a +1x Multiplier will increase the multiplier by 1. By two, the x2 Multiplier increases it.

A cash prize and eight Blade & Fangs free spins can be obtained by waiting to strike three to six flaming skull scatter icons anywhere on the middle three reels. Reel sets are combined in this method. Additionally, there is a general multiplier for all wins that starts at x1. During this mode, four additional free spins will be awarded for hitting at least three Scatters.
